Whole Food, Plant-Based: Day 77

So it’s been a while since I’ve posted an update. Life happens. I’m still going plant strong, and I feel great. I’m down about 45lbs now. I still need to lose roughly 60 more. It’s getting easier, and I’m committed.

I’m starting to feel better about the way I look for the first time in years. I’m getting big reactions from just about everyone I run into. Everyone wants to know what I’m doing, and how I’ve managed to lose so much weight so quickly. I’m not going to lie… it feels great!!!


Welcome to my blog! After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I switched to a whole food, plant-based diet. The results have been amazing! By changing my eating habits I’ve been able to reverse type 2 diabetes, get off of my blood pressure medications, end chronic heartburn, eliminate gout, lose 70 pounds, and enjoy life!
